Role Description

Techsurge Learning is seeking a full-time Motion Graphic Designer with expertise in character animation to join our team. As a part of our on-site team in Jaipur, you will be responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics and animated content to support our portfolio of engaging e-learning modules and digital solutions. This role involves collaboration with instructional designers and video production teams to design visually compelling and interactive learning experiences. You will also participate in concept brainstorming, asset creation, and post-production tasks to ensure projects meet brand and audience needs.

The budget for this role between 35K - 45K max.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Motion Design and Motion Graphics, including the ability to produce high-quality animated assets and videos
• Experience in Graphic Design and Graphics, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics
• Knowledge of Video Production techniques, including editing and post-production processes
• Attention to detail, strong creative thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other related tools
• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field
• Prior experience in e-learning, digital media, or educational content development is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating visual designs for digital learning and internal projects
