Role Description

Techsurge Learning is seeking a full-time Motion Graphic Designer with expertise in character animation to join our on-site team in Jaipur. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating and executing motion graphic designs and animations that align with project goals. Daily tasks include conceptualizing motion designs, producing dynamic animations for e-learning content, generating high-quality graphic assets, and collaborating with the learning design team to develop visually compelling and engaging digital content.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Motion Design and Motion Graphics.
• Experience in Video Production and animation techniques.
• Strong skills in Graphic Design and visual aesthetics.
• Knowledge of animation tools and software, such as Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant platforms.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute character animations that align with project requirements.
• Excellent time-management and organizational capabilities to handle multiple projects.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in creating e-learning content or interactive media is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
