Motion Graphic Designer

Summary:

We are looking for a 2D Motion Graphic Designer with strong experience in motion design, as well as print and digital media. The ideal candidate should be able to transform written or spoken ideas into engaging motion graphics, static visuals, and layouts. A solid understanding of marketing campaigns, especially in experiential work, is essential. The role requires someone who can quickly adapt and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Location: Gurgaon

Role:

• Be an active part of the creative process - right from receiving the brief to execution
• Brainstorming with creative and client servicing teams on solutions for brands
• Understanding Brand Identity Design and tonality of existing clients and working with their guidelines
• Create and deliver graphic template, video content, motion graphics for content design
• Develop design plans, concepts, storyboards, and layouts for motion and event-related visuals
• Transform static designs into dynamic motion content for digital and campaign use
• Edit raw video footage, add motion elements, and produce high-quality films to amplify and archive projects
• Meet deadlines while executing designing projects

Educational Qualification: Degree in visual or experiential design discipline from renowned institute is mandatory

Desired Skills:

• Software skills: Desired - Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro
• Addition - Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Color Correcting, etc.)
• Familiarity with AI tools used in creative work and design workflows
• Have a creative thought process
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Passionate about brand communication
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Posses great interpersonal and organizational skills
• Up to date with current trends in marketing and design communication
• Tech/Social media/Digital savvy
