Location: Dhantoli, Nagpur

Salary: 35,000/- - 70,000/- (Based on experience)

Work timings: Monday to Friday (45 hours a week)

Work Mode: On-site

Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to convert ideas into engaging animations, videos, and motion-based content

What You'll be doing:

• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video assets for marketing, social media, and brand campaigns.
• Develop visually appealing explainer videos, logo animations, transitions, and promotional content.
• Collaborate closely with the design, marketing, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished final outputs when required.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining visual consistency across platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation styles, and motion graphics tools.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

What We are looking for:

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or Animator.
• Proficiency in software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other motion graphics tools.
• Proficiency in AI Tools is a must.
• Strong sense of design, color theory, typography, and composition.
• Ability to convert scripts, concepts, and ideas into visually appealing motion content.
• Basic knowledge of sound design and video editing is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
• We are looking for someone with pro active, leadership qualities.
• Agency Background & Knowledge of Crypto and Gaming is a plus.
