Location: Serilingampally Mandal, Hyderabad, Telangana (On-site | Work from Office)

Note: Candidates must be willing to relocate to Hyderabad for this role

Industry: Fintech

Experience: Min 5 Years

Qualification: Graduate

CTC: Upto 12-15 LPA (Hike depends on current/last salary and interview performance)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days)

Shift: Day shift

What Youll Be Doing:

Drive motion design strategy across the organization

Create purposeful animations that guide users and build trust

Use storytelling & storyboarding to craft user journeys

Build a scalable animation system within the Design System

Collaborate with designers, PMs & engineers for seamless execution

Conduct A/B testing of motion variants and integrate learnings

Ensure motion accessibility best practices

Were Looking For Someone Who:

Has a strong grasp of animation principles & user psychology

Is proficient in Illustrator, After Effects, Rive, Lottie

Can quickly prototype motion ideas for team discussions

Has experience creating motion guidelines for design systems

Brings a portfolio showcasing UI motion, micro-interactions & animations

Can collaborate effectively with design & engineering teams

Has experience with consumer mobile apps at scale

(Bonus) Familiarity with 3D/Spline for lightweight product animations
