Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Motion Graphic Designer with 2 to 4 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging motion design projects, developing motion graphics, producing videos, and collaborating with the design team to deliver innovative and visually compelling content. Duties include ideating, designing, and executing motion-based graphics that effectively communicate key messages and align with branding objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Motion Graphics and Motion Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical skills
• Experience with Video Production, including editing, compositing, and animation
• Expertise in Graphic Design with the ability to create visually striking graphics and layouts
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a remote setting
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the financial or technology sector is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a creative mindset to translate abstract concepts into visual designs
