Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Motion Graphic Designer, based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The day-to-day responsibilities include creating engaging motion graphics, designing visual elements, and producing high-quality video content. The candidate will collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to deliver visually appealing assets aligned with brand goals and creative objectives. Attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and creative problem-solving will be critical.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Motion Design and Motion Graphics to conceptualize and create dynamic visual storytelling.
• Experience in Video Production, including editing and compositing to deliver high-quality, polished video projects.
• Skills in Graphic Design and Graphics, with a strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics and design work is required.
