About the Role
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Motion Designer to join our fast-growing fashion e-commerce brand. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating engaging motion graphics, video ads, and animations that capture attention, increase engagement, and drive conversions across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-impact motion graphics and animations for digital marketing campaigns.
- Design engaging video ads for Instagram, YouTube, Meta, and other social media platforms.
- Animate product creatives, promotional banners, and brand storytelling content.
- Convert static designs into dynamic motion assets in collaboration with the design team.
- Develop performance marketing creatives optimized for engagement and conversions.
- Create micro-interactions and motion elements for app and website experiences.
- Edit and enhance short-form video content including Reels, Shorts, and Ads.
- Ensure brand consistency across all motion and video outputs.
- Stay updated with the latest motion design trends, transitions, and GenZ content styles.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in Motion Design, Video Editing, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, ad creatives, and video content.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Understanding of social media content trends, viral formats, and GenZ audience behavior.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with E-commerce or D2C brands.
- Knowledge of basic sound design and video storytelling.
- Exposure to 3D motion tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
- Familiarity with Figma and UI/App motion design.
- Experience creating performance-driven advertising creatives.
