We're looking for a highly creative Motion Graphics Artist who understands internet content, storytelling, animations, and fast-paced social media execution.

Role: Motion Designer & Video Editor

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience & skills)

Work Schedule: 5 days/week

Weekend work may be required during urgent launches or campaigns.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong motion graphics & animation skills

• Experience creating short-form content for social media

• Ability to work on fast turnaround edits

• Good understanding of pacing, transitions, typography & storytelling

• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Tools We Expect You To Know:

• Adobe After Effects

• Premiere Pro

• Photoshop / Illustrator

• CapCut (optional but preferred)

• Figma knowledge is a plus

Bonus If You:

• Understand startup culture

• Have worked on reels, ads, or app promotion videos

• Can bring your own creative ideas instead of only following instructions

• Stay updated with current content trends
