Motion Designer

super.money is looking for a highly creative Motion Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through compelling visuals, animation, and storytelling. You'll work closely with the creative team to craft engaging content across digital, social, and brand platforms, delivering work that is visually stunning and effortlessly super!

Level - Mid (6-10 yrs experience)

The superCandidate -

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and other industry-standard motion design tools.
• Strong understanding of creative marketing, ad production pipelines, and mobile gaming performance metrics.
• Working knowledge of 3D software preferred (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya).
• Ability to integrate AI tools and automation for workflow efficiency.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and feedback skills.
• A strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and design aesthetics.
• Collaborate with designers, editors, and creative leads to ensure consistency in storytelling and visual output.
• Strong grasp of video formats, compression, and optimization for web and social media platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail, timing, and visual aesthetics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Solid understanding of motion principles—timing, easing, rhythm, and visual continuity.
• Can create both short and long format videos (gifs, bumper ads, long format videos for social media or digital ads)
• Create storyboards, style frames, and motion tests to visualize design ideas and bring them to life, prior to production.
• Continuously stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices in motion design, including knowledge in ai tools.
• Has a grasp on character animation (Basics in illustration to design characters, environments, and other visual assets)

The toolkit

• After Effects (your playground) + Adobe Creative Suite
• At least one 3D sidekick: Blender / Cinema 4D / Maya
