Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Motion Designer/ ACD Level professional who thrives in a fast-paced, social-first environment. This role requires a strong storyteller with a deep understanding of motion design principles, capable of crafting visually compelling and engaging content tailored for digital and social platforms.

You will play a key role in elevating brand narratives through dynamic motion, bringing ideas to life with precision, creativity, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with creative vision and has experience working with large brands to deliver impactful, scroll-stopping content.

Responsibilities:

• Create social-first motion content that is visually engaging, thumb-stopping, and platform-appropriate
• Develop complex transitions, fluid animations, and captivating motion sequences
• Apply advanced motion techniques including easing, velocity ramps, and nuanced timing to enhance storytelling
• Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life
• Translate brand guidelines and campaign objectives into innovative motion solutions
• Edit and enhance video and audio content to produce polished final outputs
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality, brand, and timeline expectations
• Stay updated with the latest social trends, motion techniques, and platform best practices

Required Skills :

• Proven experience at a Senior Motion Designer or ACD level
• Strong portfolio showcasing social-first motion design for large/global brands
• Expertise in motion fundamentals, including complex transitions and intentional, organic motion
• Advanced proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant motion/design software
• Strong understanding of timing, pacing, easing, and animation principles
• Experience in video editing and audio synchronization
• Deep knowledge of social media platforms and design best practices
• Ability to create visually compelling, high-impact content that captures audience attention quickly
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
