You'll create compelling motion graphics and video content across every channel we runpaid social ads, product demo videos, explainer animations, event visuals, email campaigns, landing page assets, and more.
You'll own end-to-end execution of motion design projects, moving fast from brief to final delivery while keeping quality razor-sharp.
Your day looks like: Creating animated promotional videos, product updates, product demo footage, editing podcasts and customer stories, and creating motion graphics for landing pages.
What we need
Must have:
36 years of hands-on motion design and video editing experience (agency or in-house)
Strong portfolio/reel demonstrating range: digital ads, explainer videos, social content, motion graphics, product demos
Proficiency in After Effects, FCP, and Adobe Creative Suite
Solid grasp of animation principles, timing, and storytelling through motion
Experience designing for B2B, SaaS, or Fintech brands preferred, B2C acceptable as well
Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and hit deadlines without hand-holding
Bonus points:
Experience with creative testing across video ad platforms
Understanding of conversion-focused motion design and how video creative impacts metrics
Strong graphic design foundation in Figma or Illustrator
Basic sound design or audio editing capabilities
Experience using GenAI tools in video/motion workflows (Runway, Pika, etc.)
