This role at MOSAIC Wellness is for a Motion Designer who approaches motion and design with a first-principles understanding, prioritizing thoughtful and innovative solutions. You will be responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics, structuring projects for efficiency, and maintaining a consistent visual identity through compelling animated content.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptual Motion Design: Develop motion design solutions based on a first-principles understanding, ensuring thoughtful considerations beyond just software expertise.
• Motion Graphics Production: Create high-quality motion work for various platforms and purposes.
• Project Structuring & Efficiency: Structure projects into reusable components and modular assets, taking initiatives to significantly reduce execution time.
• Asset Management: Create and maintain an inventory of regularly used assets for efficient use and reuse.
• Industry Standards Application: Apply a strong theoretical understanding of motion design and current industry standards and techniques to all projects.

Qualifications

• Extremely adept at Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality motion work.
• Good theoretical understanding of motion design and current industrial standards and techniques.
• Ability to structure projects into reusable components and modular assets to improve efficiency.
• Ability to create an inventory of regularly used assets for efficient use and reuse.
• A good portfolio of previous work samples.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Extremely passionate with a great attitude towards learning, and a strong team player.
