Jr. Motion Designer

Role Description The Jr. Motion Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. In this role, the team member will create and refine motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, ads, and brand assets. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with designers, writers, and marketers to interpret briefs, develop visual concepts, and produce engaging animated content aligned with brand guidelines. The Jr. Motion Designer will assist with storyboarding, editing video elements, preparing assets for production, and ensuring deliverables meet quality, format, and deadline requirements. The position also involves participating in reviews, incorporating feedback, and staying current with motion design trends and tools to enhance the creative output.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in motion-focused disciplines, including Motion Design and Motion Graphics.
• Ability to contribute to end-to-end visual narratives through Animation and Storyboarding.
• Practical experience supporting Video Production, including asset preparation, editing assistance, and format optimization.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related motion design software.
• Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and an understanding of brand-led visual communication.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced agency environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Relevant education in design, animation, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in performance-driven creative work, with a willingness to learn and adapt based on campaign metrics and feedback.
