Roles & Responsibilities

Graphic Design:

• Create visually striking and effective banner ads tailored to the unique needs of various clients.
• Collaborate with the client to understand client requirements and translate them into compelling visual designs.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message.

Motion Design:

• Develop captivating motion design ads that enhance the overall user experience and engagement.
• Utilize animation and video editing tools to bring static designs to life and convey dynamic messages.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends in motion design and incorporate innovative techniques into projects.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and content creation, to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
• Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine and improve designs.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
• Keep organized records of design assets, project timelines, and client feedback.

Note:

60 Static Banners and 15 Motion Banners Per Month

This Role Requires:

• 3+ years of Experience into Graphic and Motion Design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, Canva
• Proficient in writing and speaking English. Ability to offer advice and take suggestions from clients, as well as understand the needs of the clients.
• Demonstrate an ability to problem-solve and consistently generate new ideas and concepts, stories, messaging, and overall branding for multiple projects.
