Inflector Media is a specialized digital content marketing agency built to take brands to their inflection point. We blend sharp, premium craftsmanship with data-backed creativity to scale high-intent businesses. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Motion Design Intern who can transform static concepts into dynamic, high-impact visual stories. This isn't a coffee-running internship—you will work directly on production-level client assets and internal branding, building a portfolio of real-world work.

• Animate & Create: Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animated social assets, and video content.
• Storyboarding: Collaborate with the content and design teams to storyboard ideas before execution.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and elevate visual identity guidelines across all video and motion outputs.
• Keep Up with Trends: Stay on top of current design, typography, and motion trends to keep our content cutting-edge.

• The Toolkit: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator/Photoshop. (Familiarity with Figma is a big plus).
• Portfolio/Reel: A strong showreel or portfolio demonstrating an eye for timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Creativity & Speed: Ability to take a creative brief and run with it, delivering clean work within deadlines.
• Growth Mindset: A proactive attitude, open to feedback and eager to learn the business side of digital content.
