Compileinfy is seeking dedicated and passionate Mother Teachers for Grades 1 to 4, proficient in delivering the Cambridge curriculum. As a Mother Teacher, you will guide the academic and personal development of young learners, ensuring an engaging and holistic educational environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. Key responsibilities include planning and delivering lessons in accordance with the Cambridge framework, assessing student progress, encouraging creativity and interaction, and maintaining a nurturing classroom environment. Collaboration with other educators, open communication with parents, and contributing to the overall development of the school will also be part of the role.

• Strong knowledge of the Cambridge curriculum and its methodologies
• Teaching skills including lesson planning, classroom management, and student engagement at primary levels (Grades 1 to 4)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Experience in nurturing young learners, fostering their intellectual, emotional, and social development
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; a teaching certification in Cambridge curriculum is an advantage
• Proficiency in assessing students performance and providing constructive feedback
• Organizational and time management skills to handle classroom activities and administrative responsibilities
• Openness to professional development and learning new teaching approaches
