Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mother Teacher for Elementary Grades, based in Panchkula. The Mother Teacher will play a pivotal role in providing a nurturing and academically stimulating environment for young learners. Responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons, nurturing individual student potential, maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, and integrating experiential learning methodologies into daily teaching practices. The teacher will also actively communicate with parents to support student growth and development.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational skills in Classroom Management, Lesson Planning, and Curriculum Implementation.
• Exceptional Communication, Active Listening, and Interpersonal Skills for effective interaction with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Proficiency in Child-Centered Pedagogy, Experiential Learning Techniques, and Developmentally Appropriate Practices.
• Capable of fostering Social and Emotional Learning, with a focus on creating an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment.
• Adaptability and Creativity in designing engaging and innovative learning experiences for elementary-level students.
• Preferred qualifications include prior experience teaching young learners and familiarity with internationally recognized curricula like the Finnish or IB programs.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field, with a teaching certification being a strong advantage.
• Technological proficiency to utilize digital tools effectively in the classroom for innovative teaching and assessment.
