Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mortgage Relationship Manager, based in Indore. The Mortgage Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, identifying mortgage sales opportunities, and assisting clients with their lending needs. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial information, providing expert advice on mortgage products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to the bank's policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial analysis, risk assessment, and loan evaluation
- Strong skills in customer relationship management, communication, and negotiation
- Sales expertise with the ability to meet and exceed targets in a dynamic environment
- Team collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Sound knowledge of mortgage lending processes, financial products, and regulatory compliance
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Industry certifications and prior experience in banking or financial services will be an advantage
