Mortgage Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Mortgage Manager. The Mortgage Manager will oversee loan processing activities, develop and implement effective mortgage marketing strategies, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients, guiding them through the loan origination process, building strong relationships with financial institutions, and monitoring lending operations to achieve business objectives and customer satisfaction.

• Expertise in the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending practices
• Experience in Mortgage Marketing and developing client acquisition strategies
• Knowledge of Finance principles and Loan Origination processes
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management in lending
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the mortgage or financial services industry preferred
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and CRM platforms is a plus
