Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain a well-organized Montessori environment
Observe each child and provide individualized learning experiences.
Introduce Montessori materials and concepts at the right developmental stage
Foster a calm and respectful classroom culture through positive discipline
Maintain records of student progress and development
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student growth
Qualifications
Certification in Montessori / NTT / IMTC / ECCE
Minimum 2 Years Of Teaching Experience (preferred)
