Role Description
This full-time role requires an on-site presence in Bishnupur, West Bengal, India. The Montessori teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with Montessori principles and the CBSE curriculum. Duties include creating a supportive and stimulating learning environment, effectively communicating with students and parents, and fostering the holistic development of children. The teacher will also assist in training activities and collaborate with colleagues to support the educational goals of the institution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and developing age-appropriate educational materials
- Strong background in Education and Teaching methods, particularly within the Montessori framework
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Experience in Training and mentoring students to foster their personal and academic growth
- A bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, with Montessori training, NTT certification preferred.
- A passion for early childhood education and creating joyful learning experiences
