Monitoring Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Monitoring & Operations Engineer responsible for ensuring the health and availability of enterprise applications and infrastructure. The role involves end-to-end monitoring, alert validation, incident management, and operational reporting while adhering to ITIL processes and operational best practices.

Required Skills & Tools

• Monitoring Tools: AppDynamics, SolarWinds, NNMi, Splunk
• ITSM Tools: ServiceNow
• Reporting Tools: Power BI
• Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure & Application Monitoring

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor application and infrastructure health using enterprise monitoring tools.
• Validate and analyze alerts to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely resolution.
• Route alerts to the appropriate teams with clear and actionable insights.
• Manage incidents and service requests in alignment with ITIL processes.
• Generate and publish regular operational and KPI reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles to support operational efficiency.
