Job Description
We are seeking a SCADA Monitoring Engineer to oversee the critical infrastructure of our dam project. This role is unique: you will be based in our Chennai Server Room for high-level monitoring and data management, but you will serve as the first responder for technical failures at the project sites located 60 Km
Self-Sufficiency: In the field as well.as server room , you are often the only technical person. You must be able to use tools (laptop, crimpers, testers) and software independently. (During initial period , training will be provided )
Local Knowledge: Understanding the geography and potential communication interference in the corridor between Chennai and the project site.
Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, #Instrumentation & Control, or Computer Science.
Expected Skills (added advantage but not mandatory)
Proficiency with #SCADA software (Siemens )
Experience with #PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and RTUs (Remote Terminal Units).
