Your Role
- As a Monitoring Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain enterprise monitoring solutions using Zabbix and Grafana to ensure high availability, performance, and visibility across infrastructure and applications.
- You will be responsible for building robust monitoring architectures, configuring alerting and escalation workflows, and supporting proactive incident detection and resolution.
- You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define monitoring requirements, SLAs, and alert thresholds while continuously improving observability and operational efficiency.
Your Profile
- Strong knowledge of monitoring architecture with handson experience in Zabbix administration, configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Indepth understanding of SNMP, API integrations, and modern monitoring protocols.
- Experience in configuring Zabbix triggers, actions, discovery rules, and integrations with thirdparty alerting, orchestration, and ITSM tools.
- Handson experience with Grafana for dashboarding, visualization, and performance reporting.
- Practical experience using PagerDuty for alerting, escalation policies, and incident response automation.
- Proficiency in PowerShell or Shell scripting for automation, integrations, and operational efficiency.
