Job Description:
We are looking for a Linux & Monitoring Engineer with hands-on experience in infrastructure monitoring and server management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Zabbix monitoring, Bash scripting, and managing Linux and Windows servers in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor infrastructure using Zabbix, including alerts, triggers, and dashboards.

• Monitor and troubleshoot Linux and Windows servers to ensure high availability and performance.

• Write and maintain Bash scripts for automation, monitoring, and reporting.

• Handle incident alerts, root cause analysis, and escalations.

• Work closely with L1/L2 teams to resolve infrastructure and monitoring issues.

• Perform routine system health checks and documentation.

Required Skills:

• 23 years of experience as a Linux or Monitoring Engineer.

• Strong hands-on experience with Zabbix monitoring.

• Good knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration.

• Experience in Bash scripting for automation and monitoring.

• Understanding of system metrics (CPU, memory, disk, services, logs).

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to backup tools and ticketing systems.

• Knowledge of networking basics, firewalls, and agent connectivity.
