Monitoring Application QA Automation Developer

We are looking for a Monitoring Application QA Automation Developer to join our IT Monitoring and Operations Center Development Team. The role involves testing and automating internally developed applications while working in an Agile/Scrum environment. The candidate will collaborate with global teams and deliver quality automation outcomes at the end of each sprint.

• Design, develop, and maintainautomation test scriptsfor web-based applications
• Perform functional, regression, and automation testing for internally developed monitoring applications
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and global QA teams
• Participate inScrum ceremoniesincluding sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure timely delivery of test artifacts and automation results at the end of every sprint
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with teams to resolve issues
• Improve and optimize automation frameworks and test coverage
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

BE / B.Tech / MCA with strong academic background

Experience

34 years of experience in software testing

At least 1 year of hands-on experience in automation development

Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience in web application test automation

Experience with automation tools such as:

Robot Framework

Selenium

Sahi

Proficiency in Python or Java scripting

Basic understanding of web technologies, including:

Client-server architecture

Application servers

Load balancers

Web services

Process Knowledge

Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA/testing methodologies

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills

Experience in testing monitoring or operations-related applications

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration
