Experience with monitoring/observability solutions
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Experience working on projects with others and completing individual tasks
Experience performing routine software maintenance tasks (user management, patching, config changes, etc.)
Skills: Good to Have Automation experience with Ansible, scripting, etc.
Application Performance Monitoring (APM) experience
Scripting/Programing experience - Python, Powershell, .NET, etc.
Agile/Scrum experience
Experience with New Relic, ServiceNow and Jira
Azure cloud experience
