Job Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Application Monitoring Engineer with strong hands-on experience in application and infrastructure monitoring. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of applications through effective monitoring, dashboards, alerts, and reporting.

Technical Skills:

• 35 years of experience in Application & Infrastructure Monitoring
• Application Monitoring, Grafana, Reporting, Infra Monitoring, Trend analysis, Alerting strategy, anomaly detection, proactive monitoring, Power BI, Grafana, performance analysis, dashboard + report

Hands-on experience with:

1. Grafana
2. Datadog
3. Splunk

Strong understanding of:

• Application performance monitoring (APM)
• Infrastructure monitoring concepts
• Logs, metrics, and traces
• Knowledge of alerting, threshold management, and incident handling
