Key Responsibilities
- Handle calls related to relocation and moving services.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings by explaining services, pricing, and process details.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and leads.
- Coordinate with the field and operations team for survey scheduling and move execution.
- Provide accurate information regarding packaging, transportation, and delivery timelines.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle post-move feedback.
- Report daily call logs, lead status, and conversion updates to the Manager.
