Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of multiple client projects/accounts. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs). This role requires a strong focus on client relationship management, project planning, and execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple client projects/accounts, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, quality, and SLAs.
- Act as the primary interface for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Manage project planning, estimation, budgeting, and resource allocation across engagements.
- Drive Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models based on client requirements.
- Ensure compliance with contractual commitments, governance frameworks, and reporting standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and handle escalations proactively.
- Oversee quality assurance, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and organizational standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams (development, QA, DevOps, support) across locations.
- Monitor project health through KPIs, dashboards, and regular status reviews with stakeholders.
- Drive utilization, margin improvement, and cost optimization for the account.
- Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal inputs.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new projects and transition from sales to delivery.
- Promote continuous improvement, automation, and best practices across delivery processes.
- Mentor team members, manage performance, and build a strong delivery pipeline.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data protection standards.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience in project management with a strong focus on Scrum Framework.
- Excellent client relationship management skills with a track record of achieving high CSAT scores.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and report on project KPIs effectively.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading projects across multiple locations.
- Ability to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Presales activities, including solutioning and proposal development.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of compliance and data protection standards.
- Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives within project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
