As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves executing the configuration management plan under the guidance of the Configuration Lead. The role includes collaborating closely with team members to design and customize software solutions that align with business process designs and application needs. This position requires a proactive approach to understanding project requirements and ensuring that software configurations are implemented effectively to support organizational objectives.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software customization.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance configuration processes.
• Assist in documenting configuration changes and maintaining accurate records to ensure traceability.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Unifier.
• Experience in software configuration management and customization techniques.
