Module Lead – Power BI

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate data needs into solutions
• Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Integrate external data using APIs and third-party tools within Power BI
• Ensure BI solution scalability, security, and performance following data governance best practices
• Conduct data modeling and design complex, multi-source data structures
• Validate data and troubleshoot reporting issues
• Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and user experience
• Train and support end-users on Power BI features and functionalities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience
• Proficient in DAX and Power Query for data transformations
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, and relational databases
• Experience with ETL tools like SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or similar
• Skilled in data modeling and managing large datasets
• Bonus: Experience in backend development (Python, .NET, JavaScript)
• Ability to work with SQL, NoSQL, and cloud data sources
• Familiarity with Power BI Service for publishing, scheduling, and managing reports
• Understanding of Azure and cloud technologies is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills

Qualifications:
