Module Lead

Job Description

Mid-senior level Module lead (L5) to manage a critical project for one of our biggest clients in banking domain. Java developer having strong hands-on experience in developing Rich Web Applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, WebAPI tool stack in Agile development environment. Must have good working experience in an offshore development team based out of India. Must have prior experience in customer facing role.

Years of experience needed - Must have at least 6+ years.

Technical Skills:
.Strong in Java and Sprint Boot. Must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience on AngularJS, preferably 2.0 and above.
.Must have at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing rich UI web applications using
oHTML 5, CSS 3, Bootstrap
oJava, Spring, Spring Boot, ORM Frameworks
oDatabase, experience in MongoDB is a plus.
oUnit testing
oJIRA, Bamboo, Bitbucket
oExperience in Micro UI and Micro Services will be an advantage.
oAny experience in cloud computing like AWS, Azure, Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) will be an added advantage.
.Good understanding of TDD and unit testing
.Good knowledge and experience in Agile Development
.Must possess good design thinking, technical problem-solving skills.
.Capable of analyzing requirements & develop software as per project defined software process, Technical Design Principles & Pattern
.Good understanding of agile development with Scrum Practices, usage of tools like JIRA, Confluence
.Strong in applying design patterns and practices.
.Good experience in Test Driven Development, good understanding of BDD is an added advantage.
.Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate designs.
.Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
.Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
.Train and coach / mentor members of project group to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
.At least 2 years of experience including
oAble to work in Scrum model at offshore.
oAble to communicate clearly in oral and writing.
oIdentify risks and escalate on time to customers and leaders.
oGood in prioritizing work and time management
.Good problem-solving skills, able to think out of the box.
