Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced PowerApps & SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and maintain business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience in PowerApps (Canvas & Model‑Driven Apps), SharePoint Online, and Power Automate, with a good understanding of business process automation and integration.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain PowerApps (Canvas & Model‑Driven Apps) based on business requirements
Develop and customize SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and permissions
Build and manage Power Automate flows for business process automation
Integrate PowerApps with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel, SQL, and other data sources
Customize SharePoint forms using PowerApps
Implement security roles, permissions, and data access controls
Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and bug fixing
Migrate legacy solutions (InfoPath / SharePoint workflows) to Power Platform
Collaborate with business users, business analysts, and project teams
Create technical documentation and provide user training/support
Follow best practices for governance, deployment, and version control

Required Skills
Technical Skills

Strong experience with PowerApps (Canvas & Model‑Driven)
Hands‑on experience with SharePoint Online
Expertise in Power Automate (Flow)
Knowledge of Dataverse
Experience with SharePoint Lists, Libraries, Content Types, and Permissions
Understanding of REST APIs, connectors, and integrations
Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS (for SharePoint customizations)
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams integration
Basic knowledge of Azure services (Azure AD, Logic Apps - preferred)

Soft Skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Good problem‑solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

Experience with SPFx (SharePoint Framework)
Knowledge of Power BI
Microsoft Power Platform or SharePoint certifications
Experience in agile/scrum development methodologies

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
