Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced AI Strategy & Governance Senior Manager to lead strategic initiatives that enhance AI governance and compliance across Prudential. This role requires a strong understanding of AI governance frameworks and hands-on experience in risk assessment and management. The ideal candidate will drive the development of strategic dashboards, engage with stakeholders, and provide thought leadership on emerging AI trends.
Responsibilities:
AI Strategy & Governance: Lead strategic projects that monitor and report on the progress of AI development across Prudential. Drive initiatives that strengthen AI governance and compliance.
AI Risk Assessment: Review AI systems, identify risks, and recommend mitigating controls. Implement AI governance frameworks effectively.
Platform Ownership: Manage and enhance platforms that enable users to input AI system information and perform AI risk assessments.
Executive Reporting: Develop and maintain strategic dashboards for senior leadership, providing insights into AI progress and risk posture.
Market Consolidation: Aggregate and analyze data from multiple markets to produce monetization reports and actionable insights for executives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to align on AI strategy, gather requirements, and ensure successful delivery of projects.
Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of emerging AI trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices to guide Prudentials AI strategy.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong understanding of AI governance frameworks and risk assessment methodologies.
Proven experience in generative AI (Gen AI) technologies.
Exceptional Communication Skills for preparing executive-level presentations and reports.
Strategic thinking with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Azure Power BI and enterprise platforms.
Experience in data strategy and technology governance.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data, risk management, AI strategy, or technology governance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of working effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a global organization.
