Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications on Microsoft Azure.
- Develop and maintain interactive user interfaces using React , Dash (Plotly) or any other front end framework for data-rich web applications.
- Build scalable data pipelines and integration using Azure Databricks.
- Develop serverless backend components using Azure Function Apps and RESTful APIs.
- Manage and optimize relational databases using SQL Server.
- Containerize and orchestrate applications using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or Azure Container Instances (ACI).
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to design functional and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and design sessions.
- Stay plugged into emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them to operations and activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ideally, 4 to 5 years experience as a software engineer building applications in an enterprise environment.
- Strong proficiency in developing and deploying .NET (C#) and React (Angular, Vue, or any other front-end framework)
- Proficiency in software engineering fundamentals and commitment to clean code and best practices.
- Extensive experience with backend programming languages
- Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL Server), web servers, and UI/UX design.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
- Ability to manage a hosting environment, including database administration and scaling applications to support load changes.
- Experience with Azure cloud environments and Strong problem-solving skills.
Technical Skills
- Frontend Development:
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js or Dash (Plotly)
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Backend Development:
- Experience with .NET Core, Python, or Node.js.
- API development using RESTful services.
- Cloud & DevOps:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services, especially:

- Create iteration and system integration test plan. Develop and review test cases, conduct unit testing, define metrics, and support testing processes.
- Able to conduct RCA, verify system builds and test environments, and create business scenario test cases/automation test scripts.

- Use latest technology, communicate effectively, demonstrate leadership, present technical offerings, and proactively suggest solutions.
Project Management
- Working knowledge of project management process, tools, and templates.
- Execute medium projects effectively, create/ review milestone/metric reports, project status, closure reports, create continuous quality improvement plan, and provide inputs for organization-wide process assets.
Domain/ Industry Knowledge
- Apply industry standards and practices, creating complex business models in line with customer requirements independently.
- Analyze current-state and define to-be processes in collaboration with SMEs, present recommendations with tangible benefits.
- Drive process improvement initiatives, ROI analysis through innovation.
Marketing
- Basic knowledge of Marketing, understand Market Trends and Conduct Market Research.
- Source relevant Market Data and Prepare Report.
- Write Blogs and Participate in External Forums.
Pre-Sales
- Good knowledge of bid process and understanding of RFP/RFI's.
- Prepare Response documents to Medium Scale Bids.
- Work with Sales Team to ensure successful closure of sales process.
- Attend to customer requests for information on RFI's and assist Technical Team with sales enquiries.
