Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven Scrum Master – Automation to lead the successful delivery of automation use cases across various business functions. This role will involve full ownership of automation project lifecycles including planning, execution, monitoring, stakeholder management, and reporting. The ideal candidate will bring deep project management experience and a strong understanding of automation technologies, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and at high quality.

Education & Language Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
Professional Skills & Experience
Primary Skills
- 6–8 years of experience in managing and delivering automation projects
- Strong experience in project management including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
- Proven ability to manage multiple short-term projects in parallel
- Good understanding of automation technologies:
- RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
- Workflow Automation
- Low-code/No-code platforms
- Experience delivering both internally developed and supplier-led projects
- Strong skills in conflict resolution and risk mitigation
- Certified in Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project management tools
- Self-starter with a go-getter attitude to drive timely project delivery
Secondary Skills
- Strong analytical thinking to identify automation opportunities
- Customer-centric consulting mindset
- Up-to-date on technology trends in the automation space
- Experience working in GBS domains (Finance, Procurement, HR, Customer Experience)
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning
- Develop comprehensive Sprint plans accounting for resource needs, stakeholder availability, IT infrastructure, and project complexity
- Conduct project kick-off meetings to align on scope, timelines, roles, and responsibilities
- Establish project governance structures (tactical and operational)
- Define and align on success criteria for each phase
- Review and approve plans for supplier-managed projects
Project Execution & Monitoring
- Facilitate daily Scrum meetings to ensure alignment and task progress
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively, addressing team challenges
- Secure infrastructure, system access, and other project prerequisites
- Ensure timely preparation and approval of project documentation:
- PDD (Process Design Document)
- SDD (Solution Design Document)
- TDD (Technical Design Document)
- Test Cases
- Handover documentation
- Maintain technical governance throughout the execution phase
- Coordinate all project phases: Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, UAT, and Hypercare
- Monitor and support supplier-delivered projects, ensuring on-time delivery
Project Reporting
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders at agreed intervals
- Proactively escalate issues and request support when needed
- Celebrate and communicate project successes across relevant channels
Stakeholder Management
- Engage and align multiple stakeholders including Internal Business Units, IT, and external suppliers
- Resolve challenges related to resource availability, capacity, and expectations
- Ensure stakeholder commitment and accountability for project success
