Job Title: Designer/Jr Designer

1.Design Conceptualization

Develop innovative and functional design concepts for modular kitchens and wardrobes tailored to client preferences and lifestyle.

Create detailed 2D designs & presentations using design software.

Ensure designs align with brand aesthetics, modern trends, and ergonomic standards.

2. Client Collaboration & Lead Handling:

Present design concepts, mood boards, 3Ds, and technical drawings in a way that communicates value and inspires client confidence

Handle client/architect queries with technical clarity, offer quick revisions when required, and provide alternate solutions to address doubts or objections

Coordinate with sales/estimation teams to ensure the design aligns with scope and commercial feasibility

Take ownership of client follow-ups on design-related decisions to push deals toward closure.

3. Space Planning & Material Selection:

Develop detailed layouts and technical drawings that optimize space utilization while maintaining design integrity.

Select appropriate materials, finishes, fittings, and accessories that enhance the design and meet durability standards.

4. Project Management:

Oversee the design process from conceptualization to installation, ensuring projects are completed within timelines.

Maintain proactive communication with internal teams and being one POC for client

5. Trend Analysis & Innovation:

Keep abreast of global design trends, materials, technologies, and competitive products in the modular kitchen and wardrobe segment.

Bring fresh ideas and innovative design solutions to enhance product offerings and design services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in interior design, with a focus on modular kitchens and wardrobes. Experience in premium or luxury segments will be an advantage.

Design Proficiency:

o Advanced knowledge of design software including AutoCAD, & Photoshop

oProficiency in rendering and visualisation tools to create realistic design presentations.

Technical Knowledge:

oStrong understanding of modular systems, carpentry, and installation techniques.

oFamiliarity with different materials, hardware, and modern kitchen and wardrobe accessories.

Project Management:

oAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining design quality and meeting deadlines.

o Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Soft Skills:

oExcellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.

oProblem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt designs to on-site challenges.

oTeam-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to work
