Job Description
- Lead and support daily operations across production and non-production environments.
- Manage and mentor a team of support engineers, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and career development.
- Oversee shift schedules, work allocation, and ticket prioritization to ensure 24x7 operational continuity.
- Handle L3-level troubleshooting for complex incidents.
- Collaborate with other technology towers to resolve cross-domain technical issues.
- Lead high-severity (P1/P2) incident calls, communicate action plans, and ensure timely restoration of services.
- Manage capacity planning and performance optimization.
- Implement system upgrades, patching, and infrastructure improvements in compliance with IT policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation including standard operating procedures (SOPs), RCA reports, and configuration details.
- Prepare shift reports, operational dashboards, and performance summaries for management and clients.
- Participate in client meetings, service reviews, and governance discussions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on automation, efficiency, and service quality
The Successful Applicant
A successful Modern Workplace - Tech Lead Data & Collab should have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a management or team lead role.
Experience multi-site or international is highly desirable.
Experience in complex environment
Troubleshooting , root cause analysis
Proven track record in core skills for Collaborative file storage (MS SharePoint Online, MS Teams File storage, MS Stream, AvePoint); Content Co - Creation (MS Forms, MS Whiteboard, MS Loop components, Klaxoon / Kahoot / Canva) , Project & Team Organization (MS Planner, MS Lists, MS Shift, Asana, Monday, Trello), People Connection (MS Viva Engage) Professional Competencies & skills
Ability to work effectively with people in different zones/cultures
Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop Teams
Strong organization and communication skills
Able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Analytical mindset, able to resolve conflicts and make decisions under pressure
Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic and international environment
Commitment to delivering high-quality , reliable and secure IT services
