. Lead and support daily operations across production and non-production environments.
. Manage and mentor a team of support engineers, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and career development.

A successful Modern Workplace - Tech Lead Data & Collab should have:. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
. 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a management or team lead role.
. Experience multi-site or international is highly desirable.
. Experience in complex environment
. Troubleshooting , root cause analysis
. Proven track record in core skills for Collaborative file storage (MS SharePoint Online, MS Teams File storage, MS Stream, AvePoint) Content Co - Creation (MS Forms, MS Whiteboard, MS Loop components, Klaxoon / Kahoot / Canva) , Project & Team Organization (MS Planner, MS Lists, MS Shift, Asana, Monday, Trello), People Connection (MS Viva Engage) Professional Competencies & skills
. Ability to work effectively with people in different zones/cultures
. Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop Teams
. Strong organization and communication skills
. Able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
. Analytical mindset, able to resolve conflicts and make decisions under pressure
. Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic and international environment
