This is a volunteer and remote role for a Moderator Intern in the telecom sector at CXAI. The Moderator Intern will facilitate and moderate discussions in CXAI's digital forums and events, ensuring meaningful interactions and a positive experience for all participants. Key responsibilities include reviewing content submissions for relevance, enforcing community guidelines, addressing queries, and tracking engagement metrics to help enhance the community's engagement levels.

• Moderation and Communication skills, including the ability to manage discussions and enforce community standards with diplomacy and tact.
• Strong Research and Organizational skills to review content, manage tasks, and provide data-backed insights.
• Familiarity with or interest in the telecom and CX industry is preferred.
• Basic technical skills to operate community platforms and digital tools.
• Proactive attitude, problem-solving ability, and eagerness to work in a collaborative, remote team environment.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, or related fields is a bonus but not mandatory.
