Job Description

Modeling Engineer - SysML / UML / Python

We're looking for a skilled Modeling Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. In this regular working mode role, you'll leverage your expertise in SysML/UML and Python to create and maintain system models, design software architecture for complex systems, and implement automation and CI/CD. You'll collaborate closely with firmware engineers and other stakeholders to ensure system integrity.

Key Responsibilities

System Modeling: Create and maintain system models using SysML or UML.
Software Architecture: Design and develop software architecture for complex systems.
Automation and CI/CD: Implement automation and continuous integration using tools like Enterprise Architect, C4, or UML-based alternatives.
Python Scripting: Write Python scripts for automation and testing.
Test Case Development: Develop and execute pytest test cases.
Agile Development: Work in agile development environments and use version control systems like Git.
Collaboration: Collaborate with firmware engineers and other stakeholders to ensure system integrity.
Technical Documentation: Create clear and concise technical documentation.

Required Skills and Experience

3-6 years of experience in systems engineering or software development.
Proficiency in system modeling languages (SysML or UML).
Hands-on experience with software architecture and development.
Knowledge of Modeling according to IFX-methodology and model-documentation.
Experience with Linux.
Proficiency in Python programming language.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies.
Experience with testing frameworks like pytest.
Familiarity with tools like Enterprise Architect, C4, or UML-based alternatives.
Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
