This is a full-time, on-site Modeling Agent role based in Bandra. As a Modeling Agent, you will be responsible for scouting and managing talent, developing strong relationships with clients, pitching models and actors for various opportunities, and coordinating photoshoots, workshops, and promotional activities. You will also oversee marketing efforts for the agency and its talent, including handling PR, social media outreach, and branding strategies.

• Strong skills in Talent Scouting, Artist Management, and Client Relationship Management.
• Experience with Social Media Marketing, Branding, and Public Relations strategies.
• Organizational and coordination skills, including managing photoshoots, calendars, and workshops.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build professional relationships.
• Creativity and an eye for aesthetics tailored to the entertainment industry.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment and willingness to adapt to varying situations.
• Previous experience in talent management, modeling agencies, or the entertainment industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Media, Communication, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
