Responsibilities:
Requirement Analysis & Functional Design
- Analyze and interpret system requirements to optimize designs for functional and performance targets.
- Design and develop functions based on requirements, including algorithm development and validation.
- Evaluate system-level implications and ensure alignment with overall vehicle architecture.
Technical Reviews & Quality Assurance
- Conduct design, specification, and artifact reviews within peer groups to ensure quality and compliance.
- Apply sound engineering judgment to determine and execute appropriate technical solutions.
Development Execution & Troubleshooting
- Independently plan and execute development activities for Top End Vehicles (TEV) in line with project milestones.
- Troubleshoot production and field-related issues and provide timely, effective resolutions.
Innovation & Process Improvement
- Contribute tangibly to innovation across product, process, business, publications, or patents.
- Propose and implement ideas for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work effectively with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Maintain strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills.
