Responsibilities:
- Responsible for client deliverables, testing, estimations, and release.
- Translate client's business requirements and objectives into technical applications and solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement new software, technology, or modifications to existing Applications.
- Troubleshoot and identify bugs in existing software, design, and release fixes.
- Make recommendations for continuous improvement of SDLC.
- Leadand overseemobiledevelopment projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Supervise, mentor, and support a team ofmobiledevelopers, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Oversee project scope, handle change requests (CR), and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Interact with clients to create technology specifications from business requirements
