The Mobile Repair Technician Level 4 is responsible for performing advanced board-level repairs, including IC replacement, micro-soldering, and deep fault diagnostics. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with electronic circuits, and the ability to restore dead or damaged logic boards with precision. The technician will be a key contributor in improving repair success rate and turnaround time.

Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Perform board-level fault diagnosis using schematics, board view files, and testing equipment.
- Conduct micro-soldering, IC re balling, and replacements (PMIC/Charging IC/Network IC/CPU/Flash etc.).
- Identify and repair short circuits, damaged components, loose tracks, and dead board conditions.
- Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, DC power supplies, and other diagnostic tools accurately.
- Maintain repair records including device condition, fault findings, components used, and output status.
- Ensure compliance with ESD handling standards, safety practices, and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with the technical team to improve repair success rates and share technical learning.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues with speed, accuracy, and minimal repetition repairs.
