Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mobile Repair Technician with 12 years of hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing smartphones and mobile devices. The ideal candidate should have strong technical troubleshooting abilities, customer handling skills, and experience working with multiple mobile brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in smartphones and tablets.
• Repair and replace faulty components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, speakers, microphones, cameras, and motherboards.
• Perform software installation, OS updates, flashing, unlocking, and data backup/recovery.
• Conduct device testing after repair to ensure proper functionality.
• Maintain repair logs, inventory records, and service documentation.
• Provide clear explanations to customers regarding repair issues and costs.
• Ensure proper handling of tools and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Follow company quality standards and safety guidelines.

Technical Skills Required

• Experience repairing Android and iOS devices.
• Knowledge of chip-level/basic motherboard repairs (preferred).
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
• Understanding of mobile operating systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Basic knowledge of software flashing and unlocking tools.
