Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage devices including enrollment, app deployment, profile configurations, OS upgrades, compliance, and asset management.
  • Administer MDM platforms such as Workspace ONE UEM (SOTI) and Airwatch.
  • Migrate devices from one MDM tool to another (e.g., MEM to WS1).
  • Manage Apple Business Manager (DEP and VPP) and Apple Push Notification Services (APNs).
  • Deploy applications (internal, external, and public) and perform application compatibility testing across OS versions.
  • Perform scripting in Workspace ONE UEM using Files and Actions.
  • Manage OS upgrades and launchers for Android/iOS devices.
  • Handle platform-specific devices like Android (Zebra TC57) and Apple (iPad, iPod).
