Job Description

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Samsung Knox ecosystem (Knox Manage, KME, Knox E-FOTA).

Alternatively

Experience with at least one enterprise MDM platform such as Intune, Workspace ONE, or MobileIron.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze debug logs and resolve issues
Solid understanding of device security, compliance policies, and Mobile Application Management (MAM)

Key Responsibilities

Experience in complete device lifecycle, including device provisioning, policy enforcement, application deployment, updates, and decommissioning.
Strong experience managing Android devices using MDM / EMM solutions.
Experience integrating MDM solutions with Azure AD, Google Enterprise, VPNs, and identity systems.
Ability to create clear technical documentation and SOPs.
Collaborate closely with business teams and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Administer and manage Samsung Knox Manage, Knox E-FOTA, and Knox Mobile Enrollment (KME) portals.
Ensure adherence to security standards, compliance requirements, and organizational IT policies.
